"ホテルは清潔で食事も良いです。しかしホテルの外で車を誘導するスタッフの奈良さん(スキンヘッド)の対応は高圧的、且つ、威圧的で最悪でした。ホテルの近くにスーパーマーケットがあるか聞いたのですが、知床に初めて来た客に対して、「そこにT字路があるじゃないですか」といきなり言われても、通って来ていないし知床は初めて来たし分からない旨を伝えると突然に大声で怒鳴りつけるようにイライラしながら早口でまくし立てられました。そんな言い方はしないでくれという趣旨のことを言いましたが、それに対してお詫びもせず、最後まで高圧的で、威張り散らされました。部屋も食事も素晴らしかったのですが、一人のスタッフの対応の悪さで非常に残念なホテルになりました。"

"扉はきしむし!鍵は潰れているし、虫やハエが出てくる。後、チェックアウトが10時だったので9時から支度を始めたが、スタッフさんが早く出て行って欲しそうに無言の圧力!挙げ句のはてに、わざとか分からないが、掃除しようと部屋に入ってこようとする。ちなみに掃除をしている若い男性の方は挨拶もしない。これで一泊素泊まり8300円は高過ぎる。次の日止まったライダーハウスは2泊したが4000円で、親切な上に部屋も綺麗で個室だった。もう2度とこのサイトを利用しないし、桂田も利用しない。"
