"We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. "Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und in einem TOP Zustand. Die Räume sind allesamt schön eingerichtet und es war nichts defekt. Besonders groß gestaltet sich die Terrasse, die von in der früh bis spät abends mit Sonne geflutet wird. Auch der Vorgarten ist riesig und gepflegt. Das "Ein bzw. Aus-Checken" hat problemlos geklappt. Der Vermieter war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar und das Interesse war groß, dass auch alles im Haus soweit passt. "Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Etwas altbacken, aber OK. Der hintere Garten ist quasi nicht nutzbar, da dort weder Stühle noch Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Dafür ist die Terrasse vorne sehr schön und die reicht vollkommen aus. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Vear war hervorragend! Zur Lage : Man kann zum Strand laufen, jedoch ist dort fast alles privat mit Sonnenliegen belegt, bis auf ein kleines Stück Freien Strand. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man aber einen tollen, großen, freien...

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a quiet location but also very close (a few minutes walk) to great beaches. 15 mins walk to the centre of Lido Adriano and the shops. A short drive to the historic City of Ravenna. Pietro was very helpful and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay."

"leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... Die Dusche wie auch die Küche mussten wir putzen und unter den Betten gab es Staub der älter als 1 Woche war. Nicht gerade toll. einen Dampfabzug gibt es jedoch ohne Abzugsrohr! und das eine...
