“The 5 o’clock check in is the latest I ever seen in all the properties I ever stayed at. The check in was horrible. They didn’t have my reservation and made me wait over 30 minutes and didn’t offer a drink from the bar or any other compensation. After 30 minutes I went to the reception desk and asked how long it would be only to find out that my reservation was ready. The elevator wasn’t working for the duration of our stay. The same thing happened when we stayed there the last time. We enjoyed……
