“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“Very stylishly designed apartments that are new and fresh. I stayed in room 101 which was quite large, beautiful floor to ceiling windows, exposed wood beam ceiling. The location is great - in the heart of lots of restaurants, cafes, and cultural events in Old Montreal. Just be aware this is more of a serviced apartment rather than a hotel - there is no front desk, check in is all online. Access into the hotel and room is by PIN code. There are some some fees for some requests such as……
