Bresbot"Not at all what we expected. The property is a very old, poorly maintained large house. The arrangement is not very sensible as the rooms opened right into the breakfast room which was also the owners living room or office. It was an extremely casual BnB shall we say. But not very comfortable or cozy. We left as easily as possible. The food was really good, however. But the dinner service was clearly straining the staff. "

"Don't be put off by the external appearance - inside the hotel is well maintained, bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offer is limited but adequate and easy and the breakfast rooms a good size. Staff very helpful, and friendly. Well located near the train and bus stations (and with own car parking underneath for those who came by car like me) and a short and pleasant walk from the centre. Would recommend to anyone for a short stay in Pavia. Good value."
