Amazing experience

This was an awesome experience! Excellent hotel, superb customer service, great food, beautiful grounds, great snorkeling, and most important to me, extremely CLEAN. Definitely want to come back!

This is a fantastic resort property. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff are fantastic. There were activities on the beach like volleyball and yoga. There is an onsite dive shop and an activity center that can book you for parasailing and snorkeling. I believe some of the reviews for this hotel said there is snorkeling right off the hotel beach, but I did not see any (it is a bay, not a coral reef). The only other negative is the resort area where this hotel is at is far away...

Great food, delicious variety of food choices, all sat well with me,wonderful beds and mattresses, spacious rooms spotless and quiet.I will skip Alcohol drinks evaluation as I am not a connoisseur of any degree and I do understand that to some that factor can make or break the deal, sorry cant be of help here unlike food and comfort I am an unbending person . The Beach is a real plus as it is a Bay with no rough or noisy surf, crystal clear turquoise water bottomed with silk soft sand shallow to...

Everything on the hotel were in order and the staff ensures you feel welcome

Stay was amazing all of the staff were super helpful and we really enjoyed it a lot

From the reception to the beach everything was super clean and sparkling. Plants and trees were well taken care of and hotel and garden staff were amazing in doing there job. When I wanted something I got it within 5 minutes. Food was great and inclusive with my room. What I loved about the hotel was it was quiet and calm, kind of like a retreat. Everything was flawless. Thank you for my receptionist Ahmed and the Reception manager Hany and ismail the maintainer. My room was 716 with my own...

.

Have had great experience at this resort. Had great buffet experience with many verities of food. Friendly staff, and welcoming.

I travel extensively for work and vacation and have eaten many places. The buffet here was probably the best I have ever enjoyed. Breakfast featured fresh honey dripping from a honeycomb (I have never ever encountered this). Dinner included a chocolate fountain. The dish options for all meals were overwhelming--just like I enjoy! This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it. Pros: * Staff: Perfectly trained, always friendly * Food: See my gushing review on the buffet above,...

this is the fifth time to come to this hotel, me and my family and my friends adore this hotel, all staff are more than perfect.

What hilton offers is a proper guest experience. Big part of having amazing trip to hurghada is the hitel experience and this because you have great team working there. Mohamed Abdel Hafeiz reception supervisor went for the WOW service in my second stay again. This guys is amazing and these people should be hilton future leaders.
