Absolutely Luxurious!! Everything is just awesome, from the moment you enter the staff strive for excellence. - Food: top quality food, endless variety, and the finest presentation. Chef SABRY at the main restaurant always ensured our satisfaction! No pictures will do enough justice to this place. - Pool Bars: serve fast food from noon to 5 pm, kids enjoyed the waffles with ice cream, Khalied and Ali are the best. - Felfela: A roof top restaurant by the adults pool, requires reservation, is magnificent. The mixed grill with authentic Egyptian appetizers and side dishes were from heaven. Moustafa and Hateem were so nice, they celebrated our son’s birthday. - Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are so comfy, Saad our housekeeping took a great care of us. - Pool and Water Slides: enough chairs for everyone, free cabanas by the poolside are also available, numerous slides suitable for all ages, with barely any waiting. - we enjoyed the Live music at the outdoor terrace every night after dinner sipping our favorite drinks. - Beach: shuttle bus took us to the beach, to find designated chairs and umbrellas for us as well as the food and drink. - The sad part is it is almost time to leave here. But hopefully we will be back again!

Our stay was amazing. We loved it. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. A few things to consider for improvements: 1- Food and beverage quality needs to go up. As an example, the quality of the coffee machine is very poor. The live cooking at the food stations was really good. Other types of food were not as good. 2- The swim up rooms need to be better labelled 3- The stay was really nice, although I felt that we overpaid 4- The arcade games were not as good as I expected. They were very expensive, many games didn't work and the games were not very well maintained. Honestly, I feel that if the quality of the food and service improves, this will take my experience to a fairytale.
