I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Red Roof Inn Redding
Hotel wouldn't accept an ID that was damaged and therefore wouldn't check the customer in. While that wasn't appreciated, Red Roof Inn in Redding CA is unwilling to refund the cost of reservation. Red Lion Hotel Redding
Our room was upgraded after initially getting a room that hadn’t been cleaned. We were also given a voucher for free breakfast, but the food was removed 45min before breakfast was over. The employee made a mistake, but it didn’t redeem our first stay at Red Lion. It will be our last.
