There’s a spider problem, killed multiple spiders, including one that ran across the counter while we were cooking one day. There’s a shortage of washcloths and only one hairdryer for the entire three bedroom three bathroom house. And the sheets that were on our bed were stained, which is disgusting. I’m pretty sure I paid enough for this place to have clean unstained sheets. The location is great. The pots and pans in the kitchen are warped and poor quality, and some of them were still dirty. And the lid to the coffee maker is broken however it was still usable. Pic of the nasty stained sheet on one of the beds below. Just be aware of that . We arrived and had no trouble checking in, although the 10-digit code for the deadbolt that you have to enter every time you enter the house is a little over the top. On first inspection things seemed clean, but as we started to open drawers it became apparent that cleaning was only surface level. Dishes were filthy; the dishwasher had broken glass in the bottom and machine grease caked onto the filter. We ended up cleaning the dishwasher and rewashing all the dishes before use. One of the primary beds had a massive depression in it, which I filled with a pillow in order to sleep. Every room has a door to the outside, which could be nice for a group of adults, but was a nightmare with kids. Thankfully, the sliding doors didn't work too well so the littles had trouble getting the doors open, which means everyone stayed inside. Our taxes and fees were higher than the "rent" which is my fault for not noticing, but still leaves a bad taste. Overall, it is a big house with 2 massive bedrooms and one good sized room for kids. The only downfall, is the poor water pressure. Showering was difficult. Property is well kept, clean with bathrooms shower & spa tubs & fireplaces. Located on a golf course we watched as the golfers played by our unit. Neighborhood is upscale.
