If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails North and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY! STONEBRIDGE RESORT AMENITIES \-Ledgestone Golf Course \- catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake \- access to 2 pools \- 2 pickleball courts \- sand volleyball \- basketball court \- huge playground \- tennis courts \- fitness center \- on-site restaurant LAYOUT \-No steps into the home. This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12\. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs. For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, cable TV, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck . In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away. \*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.\* Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view. For the children, a pack and play and high chair are provided. The over-the-top amazing part of our home is the outdoor living space located on the back deck. This spacious deck is separated into three sections. Each master suite has its own sliding glass door that goes out to this outdoor area. One section of the deck is set up with a table with 6 chairs for eating and playing games. One section has the hot tub. The final section has an outdoor TV and fireplace, a couch, two chairs and table, and is screened. There is a large charcoal grill in front of the home. Views are of the gorgeous Ozark Mountains. The property is located near the community pool and Fox Hollow lake, the best place for relaxing and really enjoying the outdoors. It’s close to stores, restaurants, Silver Dollar City among many other attractions located in the near by areas. We had a nice time and look forward to doing again. The property was as advertised – well maintained and located in a nice spot in Branson for a peaceful getaway. If I had to nitpick, there was some minor food splatter in the microwave left by the previous occupants, but aside from that, the cabin was clean. The room for disability guest was great. I think property is well stocked with kitchen items. Having a hot tub was a bonus that we used. It felt safe and secure. Great time for family! ##### Tage G. We kicked off the Christmas season watching Christmas movies together on their Smart TVs, cooked homemade soups, cuddled around the cozy fireplaces, and soaked in the hot tub. Everything was very clean, well stocked, and so much space! We will definitely be returning again. The property manager Beth was especially helpful and very kind. Thanks so much! ##### Meghan B. Property was clean and had enough space for our family. Only item was some lights in the kitchen and one bedroom were flickering so they may need to be replaced. Second year staying here. Sisters get away. Love that it is fully furnished. Zero entry. Handicap bathroom and doorways. Hot tub. Fireplaces inside and out. Screened in porch. Lovely decor. Beth sent tons of information that made the process very smooth. We did not need to reach out to her at all as all details were provided. Back deck area is very nice, unfortunately the heat index was over 100 so we really didn’t get to use. It would be really nice with cooler weather. Would definitely rent again. ##### Chip A. It's a beautiful area, and my family felt very safe and enjoyed walking to/around the lake. We didn't have any luck fishing, but the kids enjoyed playing on the playground and on the basketball court. The hot tub was also a hit. One thing I would recommend is to have smaller plastic cups and bowls for younger children to use while staying there. Also, the dryer may need some maintenance since it was quite noisy.
