The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot breakfast, which was a nice touch to start the day. However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Firstly, the property does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage should be prepared for that. I encountered some issues during check-in due to my booking through Expedia, but the staff was quite helpful and called to resolve the matter promptly. One concern I had was with housekeeping. They knocked on our door at 9 AM while we were still asleep. When I declined their service, the housekeeper unnecessarily informed me that check-out time was at 11 AM. I believe it would be more considerate for housekeeping to wait until at least 10:30 AM before knocking on doors. There is a mold/mildew smell that’s constant and disruptive with a comfortable stay. Had to pick phone to call staff. Pool green not maintained correctly. We only stay one night but never saw any front desk agent but when use phone to call. I plan on staying there next week. Room ok exect tub drain.
