"When I checked in I was surprised to learn that I would be given an upgrade on my room. When I got to the room I was completely amazed, the room was incredible, much more than i expected. It was a wonderful surprise. "
"The parking is very convenient where you don't have to walk super far to get to the rooms. The location is great and feels safe late at night as you can walk to the Venetian as well as across to the Wynn and the Fashion Show mall. Love all the shopping and dining options and that the Grand Lux cafe is in both hotels and open at all hours. The all suites is nice so we always have a wonderful room."
"Our first trip to Vegas and what a wonderful experience. The Palace station staff made our holiday a memorable one. Special shout out to Darren and his team of bell hops who could not do enough for us. All eating venues are outstanding but Lindo Michoacán was a Mexican experience second to none. I highly recommend this hotel. They cannot do enough for their guests. ❤️"
