Had a fantastic stay at Rocca dei Saraceni. The place was so beautiful and cosy. The staff was super friendly, in a sincere and personal way. We had the tasting menu for dinner and it was all so delicious, as was the breakfast.

Our room was spacious flooded with natural light with valley views, the breakfast was super and Carina was extremely helpful and attentive. Overall this is a beautiful setup in a peaceful environment. Definitely more than a three star ( should be a four star) Definitely recommended

Great stay at this place. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. The pool area is nice for a small boutique resort, but the best part was the on site restaurant. Breakfast was amazing with cooked options and a very comprehensive continental selection (sweet and savoury). Please do yourself a favour and visit the restaurant at night as well and go for the five course menu, every dish was very tasty and the dish sizes are generous. Overall, would totally recommend

Hidden gem

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking and create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was exceptional, with everything fresh and sourced locally, which made each meal special. Our room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay.

Heaven on earth

What an amazing property! The place is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The reception staff and service was excellent! Everyone was accommodating and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The pool was great, and the private pool was luxurious. The saddest part was that we couldn’t stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed! It is just FANTASTIC service. Simple. It started before we even arrived: they don't have 24hr reception so kept in touch and arranged for someone to be there to greet us. Our flight was delayed and we'd miss dinner so they prepared a delicious Insalata Caprese that was ready for us in the room when we arrived at almost midnight. The rooms are modern, functional and spotless. The grounds are perfectly maintained. The food, oh wow... chef Fabrizio and his team are masters! At the end of the day it is all about service and it is clear that the whole staff is there to make sure you have the perfect stay. Special thanks to Karina, Catherina (who stayed late to greet us at check in) and Francesco (barman). The only consideration is the location: Sicily is much larger than you'd think and going to most tourist attractions is a 60-90-min drive. We didn't mind as relaxing by the pool was our main goal anyway! Talking of relaxing... it was disrupted for two days because of a large family with young kids that just could not stop shouting and crying. This is definitely more of a couples' destination. You can definitely bring your kids but, other than the pool, they have no other entertainment. If they are well-behaved - as was the case for all the other kids - then it is a delight. But this particular family should be more aware and considerate! But this does not detract from the amazing service provided by Rocca di Saraceni! Awesome!

Worth visiting!

The place is in immaculate condition. The rooms are a very good size and very tastefully done up. Very good facilities and very nice pool area. The location of the place is impressive with lovely views and surroundings. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant and breakfast was very good with different options. Last but not least I would like to congratulate the staff for their sterling work and the owners who were very nice and welcoming at all times. Mille Grazie tutti!

WoW wow wow!!! Le plus beaux des hôtels que nous avons fait en Sicile. Le personnel est exceptionnel, tout est pensé dans cet hôtel. Et que dire du chef qui mérite certainement des étoiles Michelin. Je recommande fortement. Hôtel plus retiré et tranquille et tellement beau. Un gros coup de coeur. Les propriétaires ne lésine pas sur les petits détails qui font la différence.

Das Country Hotel liegt wunderschön in den Hängen von Regalbuto - die Anlage ist sehr sauber, schön gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr schön für ein paar entspannte Tage, allerdings eingeschränkt empfehlbar für Gäste, die das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen nutzen wollen - da alles ca 1 - 1,5h oneway mit dem Auto entfernt liegt. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker und hochwertig, allerdings auch etwas hochpreisig.

Das Hotel ist rundherum zu empfehlen. Ich würde, wenn das möglich wäre, zehn Sterne vergeben. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich freundlich, die Küche ist hervorragend und keinesfalls teuer. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wir hatten ein SuperiorZimmer mit einzigartigem Blick in die Weite und zum Etna. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Als Markierungen stehen zwischen den Parkplätzen Zitronenbäumchen. Von Regalbuto aus kann man in alle Richtungen Ausflüge machen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
