“I have stayed here several times. If you are looking for a cheap and clean room, this is a great fit. If you are looking for an upscale hotel, you would not like it. I look for somewhere I feel safe as a female traveler by myself. The property managers are both very polite individuals.”

“It was very run down. They charged me a $50 cleaning fee for my service dog. No where on their website does it say about bringing paperwork showing he is a service dog which is actually not allowed. All the bedding was stained and didn't look clean. I actually went and bought sheets to put on the bed to sleep on because I wasn't sleeping on theirs. They need a major remodel! Oh and as soon as I walked in my room it REEKED of marijuana! I understand for the price I shouldn't ask for much but……

“The room was not clean. The floors had not been cleaned. The bathroom was not up to par. There was no breakfast. There was no ice. The ice machine was broke and I can’t get a receipt.”

“Don't. Just don't. The pool is empty. Staff won't be in the office when it stine to check out and get your deposit back. No one is in the office after 11om in case you have issues. Got a room and no doorknob to bathroom, bathroom door wouldn't shut, showerhead was completely broken, water barely trickled out of broken showerhead and there was in unmistakable smell of mold in the room. When I told the office staff I was told the room had just been rented the night before and no one had……

“Overall, stay was ok. Breakfast was NOT EDIBLE. Literally nothing was fresh or edible, including the watery waffle mix. Asked employees for help, a young man (probably 18) came to change the waffle mix but after 10 mins of waiting for him to bring fresh mix out we decided to just drive to the CFA for breakfast. Very disappointing since we were in a crunch for time and hadn't planned to drive offsite for breakfast! Do better Hilton. First room we were given had a mattress pad being used instead……

“Everything was good except for the pet fee I had to pay. When I got the room, I specifically said pet friendly. That fee should have been included in the payment instead of hitting me with it at check in.”
