“As we entered the property, the common ground was unkept and the swimming pool was unsightly (very dirty and dark), Upon checking into the room, it was undone with luggage and clothes spread out everywhere. We went back to the desk and told the young lady about it. She and I went back to the room (106) and when entering, she was perplexed. We went back to the desk. It took her some time to figure out how to resolve the matter since the hotel was sold out. After a short while, she moved us……

“I have stayed here several times. If you are looking for a cheap and clean room, this is a great fit. If you are looking for an upscale hotel, you would not like it. I look for somewhere I feel safe as a female traveler by myself. The property managers are both very polite individuals.”

“The staff was dressed in pajamas.... need I say more?? The room was decent for the price, but I did see one bug..... I understand that happens sometimes, but the staff's lack of professionalism caused the little things to stand out more. ”

“It was very run down. They charged me a $50 cleaning fee for my service dog. No where on their website does it say about bringing paperwork showing he is a service dog which is actually not allowed. All the bedding was stained and didn't look clean. I actually went and bought sheets to put on the bed to sleep on because I wasn't sleeping on theirs. They need a major remodel! Oh and as soon as I walked in my room it REEKED of marijuana! I understand for the price I shouldn't ask for much but……

“As a Christian, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I also believe in being honest and warning others when something is not right. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE PICTURES ON THIS HOTEL’S WEBSITE FOOL YOU! The hotel was nasty, rundown, roaches in the bathroom and nothing like what the pictures made it look like. When I entered my room, it smelled strongly like marijuana, and an old musty like smell as though animals had been in the room, and a roach in the bathroom, I ran to get my phone……

“Breakfast is the low point. Room was great, staff was great but don't go for the Breakfast, you will be VERY disappointed.”

“I had terrible problems setting the date for my stay - the site kept changing the date every time I set it. After 8 or 10 tries it finally looked right so I paid. I just returned to my computer this week and found that it was changed AGAIN and was set for the wong date - I was reserving for Friday August 7, 2026 and it set the date for three days earlier and I was charged and now find I will have to find another room for the correct date.
