I liked that the hotel is right in the main tourist avenue and near the train station. I loved that the hotel is set back from the Main Street and it feels like you’re entering a private garden. I’m a sucker for spiral staircases and those small elevators that have been installed in the spiral. My room had AC. While not necessary, it might have been useful during the cannicules this summer. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The bathroom is quite large. Great value and experience. I’d stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located to a walking tour of town, with many interesting medieval sights. There were unavoidable stairs: partially due to crowding of permanent sidewalk storefronts, and a seeming inability to keep the outside door closed on the elevator. This made a 4th stage room a hike. Minimalist breakfast is adequate.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for everything. Our room was cleaned daily and although not the biggest we have stayed in was fine, only downside would be no air conditioning but a powerful fan was supplied. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was very good. The area was perfect. The room was fine. They only had liquid soap and no face clothes. Toilet papier was small and there was no Kleenex. The bathroom began to smell our last day like sewage but there was nothing wrong with the shower or toilet. It just needs a little more attention

Reims Hotel Crystal

The price was not value. A triple room, which could hardly fit two persons. Sticky and very hot atmosphere with no air conditioning or air circulation system. No extractor in the bath either. One had to open the window giving straight access from the roof to the room - very risky, but no chance to get some fresh air. Service was helpful with a dehydrator, bur room overall very disappointing for that price range. OK 3-star, but that room is not suitable for 3 persons.

The hotel was excellent value. Old school, which we liked. The bed was very comfy and for being right in the centre of Reims, it was very quiet. We loved the courtyard, although it could use some TLC, but that didn't stop us from using it and enjoying our time there.
