It's about 5 minutes from the main road, but it's a quiet neighborhood. It's safe area and very affordable!”

“We mostly used the place to sleep, but it was perfect for what we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a homey feel. I especially loved the den/game room — a fun bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was super convenient and easy to access.The host was also fantastic — very friendly and quick to respond through the app. Communication was smooth, and it really added to the overall positive experience. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This was a quaint little place. It was good for what we needed. Located near downtown, close parking to front door and quiet area. Kitchen stovetop was dated but was able to use for breakfast. No televisions in the bedrooms which we loved!! Didn’t use the patio cause there was no patio furniture. Internet connection couldn’t connect because we couldn’t locate it and the one given in instructions didn’t show up.”

“Extra clean and was very homey and comfortable. Large TV downstairs and well stocked kitchen. Beds were really nice and gave me a great sleep. Quiet neighborhood and easy to contact the property owner. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for opening up your home to our family. God bless ”

“Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! ”
