First, I must say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Aestically appealing and absolutely gorgeous!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted by courteous and kind staff. The check-in process was very easy, they were able to answer my questions and assured me that my enjoying my stay was their top priority.
Very professional and classy.
My room was very clean and up to date. Very impressive, not to mention the view---absolutely breathtaking view overlooking the city.
I would highly recommend Crown Plaza when choosing a hotel to stay. You won't be disappointed!

Overall a good stay! The staff were friendly and courteous, and I appreciated how efficient the refund process was—I received my security deposit within 7 days after checkout with no issues. The room was clean and comfortable, and for the price, it’s definitely worth it.
However, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, especially at night, though the hotel itself felt safe and secure. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers looking for a clean and reliable place with great staff.
