This place was disgusting. The main lobby and room smells like cigarettes. It was humid all way around. It’s a shame there is No complimentary water in the hotel room, especially when you’re traveling all day. They sell water in the main lobby for $6. The balcony door does NOT open, and even then I asked the receptionist and they all remain closed. They said it’s for the “view”. The only view I got was the cracked glass window and detached knob in my room. I did not get what I booked either. I booked a hotel with sofa and didn’t get either. My hotel looked, felt dirty and old over all. I laughed when I saw there was fake paper outlets. I ended up leaving before my stay. They ALSO charge $75 per night for damages and it’s been a week and have not received my $150 back. Even though I left the hotel as it was.

Pool appearantly has been having maintenance work for a long time so we weren’t able to swim and the balcony room we got the balcony door is screwed shut so no sitting on the balcony which is the main two reasons I booked this hotel at about $300/night…elevator having problems the whole time as well

Room was spacious and clean. I checked in late into the hotel so the restaurant was closed, there was a pantry to buy dinner but most items were not vegetarian. No option to fill water in my reusable bottle. wish they had a water fountain.

The staff was unhelpful. The pool was closed the entire stay due to alleged maintenance but you can tell it has been closed for weeks now. The towels on the room were dirty, had to make 3 request for new clothes and towels. There was no iron in the room even though there was an iron board. I would advise anyone to avoid staying at this place as there is no accountability and you will leave feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Location was very close to a MARTA station which made traveling easy. Grocery store within 10-15 mins walk. Lobby was clean and modern, staff were polite and friendly. Asked for more towels and they were delivered within a few minutes. Room had a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker—no cups included. We had to go find our own paper cups and reuse them. Rooms could use some updates, furniture was chipped, tub had rust marks and bathroom sink drained very slowly. Overall, clean, just needs updated.
