one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived there was issues. Reception staff could not even greet us with a hello as we checked in. Poor communication skills during check-in where things were not explained to guest clearly. Charged for parking when shouldn’t have been. Credit card surcharge was not explained. Room was filthy, housekeeping, poor. I’ve now been checked for a six dollar fee with no receipt as to what I’ve been charged for. Buffet breakfast average not worth to spend. Another concern is that the venue is not secure. Anyone can travel inside the hotel up and down the lifts or staircase. Not worth the money that I’ve paid.

Memorable experience. Understated luxury. Extremely hospitable staff and world class service. Amazing breakfast.
