The only issue was with the towels, only one single towel is given for a 4-nights stay. It is really disappointing, even cheaper hotels do supply a big towel for the body and a small one for the face. All the rest was good, breakfast is ok but might be better, some choice of nuts and grains would be appreciated.

Ok

It was ok for short time. Some inconveniences, lights didn't work, ran out of hot water one eve, and there weren't enought electric plugs in the room. Just 2 plugs and those were for foot lamp and kettle. Room had small kitchen with supplies, which was nice.

Excellent accueil de l'ensemble du personnel. La réceptionniste m'a même accueilli alors qu'elle venait de terminer son service. La personne qui prepare les petits déjeuners est charmante. L'hôtel est un peu vétuste mais à ce prix là ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix

Hébergement hôtelier à Rennes à ne pas rater

Notre séjour fut bref (une nuit seulement!), mais nous avons pu jauger de la bonne qualité de la propreté de l'établissement hôtelier, et de la gentillesse, de la courtoisie, de la politesse de tout son personnel. Notre petit déjeuner fut excellent notamment avec des miels de bonne qualité. En plus, je recommande le miel produit derrière l'hôtel (excellent). Au total, le rapport qualité/ prix de cet hébergement hôtelier est très bon. Je le recommande tout spécialement. A vous de l'essayer! M. G.

L’accueil a été très chaleureux, que ce soit pour la remise des clés ou pour le petit déjeuner. En revanche, même si cela est indépendant du personnel de l’hôtel, il y a eu énormément de bruit dans la nuit ce qui a été compliqué avec un bébé.

Personnel au top !

Tout le personnel ici respire la bonne humeur et la convivialité, qu'il s'agisse du personnel d'accueil de jour ou de nuit, des dames qui gèrent le petit-déjeuner, etc. C'est un véritable plaisir d'être reçue à cet Appart'City ! L'appartement est spacieux, propre et confortable. Mon chien était le bienvenue et c'était agréable. Seul défaut : l'éclairage de l'appartement est insuffisant.

pas pour les amateurs de grasses matinées : l'équipe de l'hôtel s'active avant 8h et toute la matinée , portes qui claquent, chariots qui grincent, discussions d'un bout à l'autre du couloir. . dommage car le quartier est calme, pas de bruits de l'extérieur et la chambre est propre et fonctionnelle.
