Rosa is a 2 bedroom apartment of 62m2, located close to the city centre and the Place des Lices. It has an outside private parking space.

The apartment is located on the first floor accessible by elevator/lift or stairs.
On one side, you have a large living room opening onto a balcony terrace with a table, on the other side a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer. The kitchen has all the crockery and utensils necessary for your stay.

A door at the entrance preserves the night side, where you will find a first room with a Queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe, this first room has a balcony, the second room is a twin with two beds of 80x190 that can possibly be combined.
A bathroom with a large shower and sink in which you will also find the washing machine, a separate toilet and large cupboards complete this side of the flat.

The flat has a high speed internet connection with wifi connection.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Located just a few minutes from the heart of the city, you will have the privilege of staying close to the city's must-see places. Ideally located, a multitude of choices of outings are possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera, or the Theatre... You won't have time to get bored!

The Lices market, a true Rennes institution, is just a two-minute walk away. Every Saturday morning, it welcomes local producers.

For nature lovers, the Thabor park, the Tanneurs park and the meadows of the Saint-Martin canal offer you vast green spaces suitable for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

Transport :

Bus lines are accessible within walking distance of the building, and the Saint-Anne and République metro stations are less than 10 minutes away.
