Communication could be better
Never received check-in instructions so called once I arrived. Found out the unit I reserved was double-booked and already occupied. Kudos for placing me in an upgraded unit, but it was much larger than I needed. I ended up leaving early. Now more than a week later, I still haven't received check-out instructions.

Nice place and great location
We did not receive any information about check in until arrival. Peyton was helpful and explained due to a scheduling error they had to "upgrade" us to a different unit. I received instructions via a phone call about how to check in. She walked me through the process and abruptly hung up. While the house appeared to be tidy, there was much animal hair and dander on the floors, couches and beds. The smell of cat urine was very strong in the upstairs bathroom. While the previous occupants may have swept, it had not been mopped. There was urine and much cat hair picked up from mopping. The property was definitely cleaner when we left than how we found it. We washed all linens, changed bedding, washed dishes, cleaned and mopped floors and sanitized all touch surfaces. It is unclear what expectations are upon checkout. A checklist of chores will be helpful for all guests. It was a delightful place to meet my newly-discovered sister for the first time. Location was great!
