"Great accommodations. Great location it is central to everything. Nice place to stay. Communication of staff is somewhat like pulling teeth but were courteous. Be specific with your questions and just FYI your door key opens the gated entrance once you check in. That was not relayed."

"The place is located downtown Reno but not on the main road. It is close to the river and a great river walk. The people at the desk were friendly and professional. The negative was how dirty the carpets are. When you get off the small elevator, it feels old and dirty in the halls and the shower ..."
"I loved the price and the washer dryer, full fridge and stove that was the selling point for us compared to a regular hotel and the luxury feel it had as well as how everyone minds there business and the privacy we had."
"The property is in great condition, in a nice complex. It is convenient to amenities, stores, etc. The room was perfectly comfortable, including the space, the bed, the pillows, the bathroom. Very quiet & restful area. Shawn was lovely to work with. There are stairs up to the unit, so make sure you're ..."

"Hotel has improved greatly. The three main casinos are all connected with easy access to entertainment, dining and casinos. The Row is much cleaner, safer and enjoyable. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. We will definitely go back.
I did miss the buffets."

"The hotel has a lot too offer, from dining to things to do. I was impressed.
I did not care for the Valet or Bell Desk service not being able to offer a luggage cart for non luggage, such as groceries or other items (equipment, etc.). Very inconvenient, specifically for those who are staying for a long period of time.
Also, the parking lot was extremely dirty and it appeared that broken glass (either from car windows or glass containers) was a daily occurrence in the parking lot, which made you feel unsure/unsafe about parking your vehicle there. "
