“Have you ever checked into a hotel and been made to feel that you were an inconvenience? That you were interrupting someone? That you were being looked down at by someone who thought they were superior? I was fortunate in my work and now in my retirement to have traveled the world for 30 years averaging about 250 nights of travel per year. Never, ever, have I been “greeted” with such rudeness and arrogance. We were demeaned and considered leaving after our miserable experience at check in but……

“Very good location in the historic part of Badajoz. Easy walking distance of the citadel and the river. This hotel exceeded all expectations. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. And the breakfast was outstanding, as were the staff. A lovely hotel in an interesting city.”

“All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more helpful. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean, and had a lovely deep bath. I had a great night's sleep and went to breakfast in their restaurant which was immaculately kept, very reasonably priced and had a vast and delicious choice of foods.”
