"We had a wonderful holiday in the small cottage of Yves and Sylvie. The house is very comfortably furnished and well equipped. It has everything you need. Situated on a hilltop, the accommodation has an overlooked of downtown St. Denis. Catherine and Philip were such amazing hosts! Very accomodating and helpful. The location is perfect if yoy prefer peaceful and quiet for relaxation. The bus stop is is nearby so if you want to go downtown you can just jump into the 12 line. I very much recommend L'escapade Bellepierre, would live to stay there again when i visit the island next time.

Entire building interior and exterior were impeccable. Staff was friendly, abundantly assistant, & bilingual. Walking distance to airport & two restaurants but not much else. Wifi was intermittent, difficult to connect to, & unreliable which was a hindrance to my meetings. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of options. Options for early check-in & late check-out with a fee. Property is quiet but give overall private appeal. Altogether fantastic stay apart from Wifi connectivity.

The Palm Hotel and Spa is located in a beautiful part of Reunion Island surrounded by lush scenery and gorgeous beaches. The hotel facilities were top notch and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and bent over backwards to give our family the best experience possible. The only downside is that there is a slight trade off with the location. What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!

I stayed six nights and found the hotel to be good value for the price. Émilie the owner was especially kind and helpful. When I encountered a cockroach after bringing pastries into my room, she quickly moved me to a better room, which I really appreciated. There was also a housekeeping mistake where a plunger was placed next to my electric toothbrush. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping procedures. Overall, the staff were friendly, and I appreciated how they handled the issues.
