The lock on the door is broken and the door closer is broken. I had to push the screws in so that I can close the door. I didn't feel secure in the hotel; also, the elevator was not working as well. I had to go back to the car to leave the luggage and get a few things so I can get over for one night.

The room was excellent, it was great to have two bedrooms separate from the living area. Breakfast was lovely. The attached restaurant does good Italian food but does get booked up. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby. It's only 8 minutes walk to Europa Park and an easy & free bus ride to Rulantica. It's a shame there's nothing much else to do in the area. We caught the bus to and from the station which worked well even with three big cases. If you're planning a trip to Europa park, I'd highly recommend.

Great resort atmosphere. Wonderful stay with my Children and Grandchildren. So old school beautiful, really picturesque grounds and great wine liked by all my family. Really good food at the golf course restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. So what a lovely time for myself and the whole family.
