The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highlight of the property. Beautiful view and conveniently located. Noisy property though, so if you're a light sleeper it'll be a problem.

This hotel is a very cool looking building. The entire building looked to be remodeled and was very nice. Our room had a full kitchen and very large bathroom. The check-in lady was very friendly. This hotel does not have self check-in so I'm not sure how it works if you arrive late. There is a doorbell to ring help. It was walkable to all of downtown for bars and dining. We really loved the location. I can't think of anything negative to say.

"This place seemed to not have staff, really. They were hard to find, and also seemed to think that we owed them money, which we did not. When I tried to "check out"in the morning and resolve the issue, the office was locked and no one was around."

"Gunnar was an amazing host. He single handedly looked after us from arrival to departure, including cooking dinner and breakfast. The hotel is quirky due to its heritage as a school in a very rural location. This includes all the sports facilities often found in schools. Some of the buildings, facilities ..."
