Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium brands extra.

Positiv: - das Hotel ist sehr modern und sieht unfassbar schick - schöner Strandabschnitt und tolle Strandbar - viele freundliche Mitarbeiter - Mini Bar mit originalen Getränken Negativ: - beim einchecken wollte man uns direkt ein Zimmer gegen Aufpreis verkaufen, weil wir ein „Economy Zimmer“ in einem Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite gebucht hätten. Nachdem wir nicht nachgegeben haben, wurde uns ein kostenloses „Upgrade“ gegeben - was allerdings erlogen war, denn die Zimmerkarte hatte von Anfang an die selbe Nummer. Die Aussage mit dem Economy Zimmer auf der anderen Straßenseite war also gelogen ! - das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal geputzt. Die Füße waren einfach schwarz !!! - im Restaurant wurden wir während des Essens gebeten, uns umzusetzen weil größere Familien an unserem Tisch sitzen sollen. Unverschämt - a la carte Restaurants sind nicht gut und die Getränke werden dort extra berechnet - das buffet wurde jeden Tag früher abgeräumt, sodass man um 21 Uhr noch Glück haben müsste, etwas zu essen zu bekommen - die Speisen waren nur so 50% ausgeschildert - teilweise wusste man nicht, was serviert wurde

It’s a fantastic hotel, we had a swim up room which I would highly recommend. Lots of excellent places to eat and drink (although don’t bother to pay for the beach bar bbq). Lovely clean, spacious room with really good air con.

Very family and children friendly hotel with good and friendly staff. Food was excellent but it was very difficult to get reservations for restaurants. Great beach, snacks, drinks and good buffet.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – from the warm welcome at the reception to the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and to my delight, I had a pool right in front of my room, which made the experience even more special. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which truly made me feel pampered. The services were impeccable, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. We had a wonderful vacation staying at this resort. The beach is lovely and the food is great as well. Endless drinks and just a great place to unwind a d recharge before the kids start the school year. Would be happy to come here again.
