“Architecture très bien pensée et propreté impeccable. Une jeune femme très sympa nous a permis de rester à l'hôtel jusqu'au départ de notre avion qui est parti avec plusieurs heures de retard. Merci !”

“Positives: The room was spacious and generally clean, The view of the ocean is good. The central atrium was nice and the staff were friendly The proximity of the small supermarket The choice of drinks and juices for breakfast Negatives: The hotel is run down and not at all like the photos. There is a general air of disrepair, beyond reception and the atrium. There is an extension/conservatory next to the breakfast area that had significant leaks. The breakfast itself was limited, the pastries……

“Simple and clean”

“The view from Belvedere is breathtaking, but the property is extremely far from the harbour and involves a long, tiring trek with countless stairs. The room, although described as a suite, is very basic and more in line with a 3-star standard at best. The staff did try to help, but their capacity was limited. The receptionist was unable to assist with luggage despite the many stairs; fortunately, our driver helped us. She also recommended a restaurant on arrival which turned out to be dreadful —……

“Our room faced the restaurant so that everyone from there could look into our room. The pool view was minimal, not that it would have been so special but when you write it in our booking... The water in the shower could not flow down the drain which flooded our whole bathroom. There is one option to hang your towel, sorry but that's not fun. Reception was great, wifi and breakfast were good. Location is good, very close to the ferry. ”

“Le séjour n'a pas eu lieu car personne n'était là pour nous recevoir et l'établissement est dans un état lamentable (voir photos : piscine inaccessible, extérieurs très sales...). Apparemment et après renseignement dans le village, cet établissement est fermé aussi bien comme restaurant que comme hébergement. Je vais revenir vers vous pour demander le remboursement du séjour ! Dans le cas contraire, un dépôt de plainte sera fait ! Il serait obligatoire qu'un site comme le votre soit obligé de……

“Het is een vrijwel nieuw comfortabel hotel uiterst charmant ingericht zo ook de ruime kamers met een lekker ligbad en seperate douche en lekker bed. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk met moeder Georgette en dochter Claudia als stralend middelpunt. En dat allemaal in het wonderschone Valley de Paul the garden of Eden. Werkelijk fantastisch verblijf. ”
