Great stay in Ribeirao Preto
The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. If you stay at the budget side - it is just that - it will be a smaller room - but it was everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was very good and it has a great location next to Shopping Iguatemi which has very good restaurants and any type of store you need.

A princípio achei que seria um hotel top como já comprei várias vezes no Ibis do Ribeirão Shopping, porém ao instalar meu hóspede vimos que não havia condições nenhuma de que ele ficasse lá, quarto minúsculo a cama nem cabia ele, ele saiu do hotel e levamos ele para o outro Ibis e não tive respaldo nenhum, então não indico

Cheguei para fazer check in la pelas 1830 tive que aguardar ate as 1910 para eles acharem um quarto porque falaram que estavam sem sistema , ai quando subir e fui tomar banho bateram na minha porta para ver se meu quarto estava vago , apos isso desci para pegar algumas coisas no bar do hall mais 30 minutos para atender muito absurdo isso , coloquem frigo bar no quarto pessimo atendimento
