Very Poor Housekeeping, very dirty carpet. Housekeeping does not even empty the trash cans. requested for blanket and never received it until the last day of the stay. requested for shower soap did not receive it. same items in breakfast every single morning. Only good thing i liked about this place is that the room is spacious. I wish their housekeeping did better job, their policy for room cleaning is every 3 days, that is horrible. requested for room clean they never did it. they don't even replace clean towels. For the money that they charge you for this place its not worth it.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located very close to Universal Studios and the bus service to and from the park is very convenient. The staff members are wonderful. The rooms are very nice as well.

This was a great option to stay especially since we booked here to be an easy commute to universal studios. Just wish the restroom was more update and cleaner. The breakfast was decent and the shuttle service as convenient.
