Great hotel! Friendly staff. Fast wifi. Clean, secured building nestled in amogst public parks. Complimentary hot breakfast was a welcome surprise! Thick walls means a quiet room at night. Unfortunately, as Seattle suffers more and more from urban atrophy pockets of "dead" neighboorhoods become more and more common. This hotel is in one such once hopping area. It's 2 block walk to the nearest convenience stores which all close around 10pm.

Staff at the front desk were very courteous and even offered some eating suggestions. My room was clean, the water was hot and the ac worked well. There are homeless people all over downtown but I felt safe as I navigated to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to food and major attractions as well as public buses which I used write a bit.No one bothered me. I would definitely stay here again.
