"Arrived at a beautiful, new gated community and welcoming home. The check-in was keyless, but the code did not work. The owners were quick to respond, and within 24 hours, the issue was resolved remotely. The interior of the home was clean, with an amply stocked kitchen and starters for bathrooms, kitchen, & laundry. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the amenities were enjoyed (hot tub, community river access, basketball game, and arcade). "This house was everything we wanted and more. We will syau here again. It had something fir eberyone. It is easy to get to and convent to resort amenities and town. Jen, the owner, was great and accesible. She made sure we didnt have any issues with checking in and just made us feel welcomed. "

"Hard to describe how well done this property is or how lovely and relaxing the property is situated. From start to finish the property was not just as advertised it was better. The best appointed kitchen and house I have ever rented and it’s not even close. The deck is positioned perfectly to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the creek and the utter silence beyond that for the entirety of your stay. My son slept on the sofa on the deck to the sound of the creek 6 nights in a row!!Much to do in the immediate area including a waterfall hike, beautiful carters lake and all that Ellijay and broader areas like blue ridge and McCaysville further north offer.Beds were super comfortable, bath rooms fantastic and outdoor furniture was wonderful including a dining table big enough for 8. Not to be overlooked was dining table inside that can do 10-12. Great house for a two family stay or large family gathering. Highly recommend the property and hard to overstate the attention to detail that was brought to bear on this property. You cannot hide passion: case in point the integrated lighting that kicks in at night creek side and envelopes all the decks as well as the fire pit and the hammock area the owner built near the creek. Look forward to staying again!"

"We stayed here for our family Vacation. 16 of us house was well equipped for cooking. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Spending many nights watching the many deer from the balcony, playing cards watching movies. The deer that are everywhere throughout the community and the back side of the house was amazing. Tubing down the river that was in the community. The pool was great. So much to with in the community.I would recommend this house. The host was very responsive."

"Very much like staying at a resort. You dont feel like your intruding on someone elses space. Well built, beautiful cabin. Maybe not the warmest decor wise, but again, 5 out of 5.Unit itself is probably better for 2 couples or grown kids that dont mind bunking up, not the best sleeping arrangement in the guest for little kids, which is fine. Ours still had a blast. You can walk to the river, but its a a bit of a bushwack. Our 4 and 6 yo made it w/o help, but i probably wouldnt have hung out there otherwise. "

"We had our family of 16 stay at this beautiful rental. It had room for everyone to have their own space and the grandchildren to spend time together. The big chess set was a hit and of course the s'mores. Having the second kitchen was a plus since we had so many to cook for at our meals, which we usually had at the rental. The second refrigerator was well used. We enjoyed access to the river as well. The kiddos splashed around there. The circular staircase going to the basement could be a problem for some, but you can walk around outside to enter. Faith quickly responded to a minor issue. We'd stay here again if in the area! "This was the perfect location for a three-generation vacation. As a family we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, miniature golf, pickle ball, and firepit. Our host was quick to respond to inquiries and was eager to make sure our stay was enjoyable."

"The cabin and the property are amazing. We enjoyed dawdling in the stream and the hot tub, and the old-school arcade games on rainy days. The cabin and the kitchen in particular are so well stocked! We felt like houseguests and Cheryl was very welcoming. This is not the typical sterile, investor-owned short-term rental! We recommend having 4W drive as we spun a little on the wet gravel. There are other houses close by (with goats!) but it didn’t bother us. "

"Cabin was very clean and very private for being in a gated community! We had a great time and the community pool was not very far away which was nice. Over all the inside was very clean and everything was provided. The only problem was the grill, we got steak and corn to cook on the grill, but we could only get one burner to work. And the porches, chairs and tables outside were covered in pollen which we understand since it was wooded from ever side. Over all it was a very nice cabin and I would stay there again. "
