“had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I lost my reservation because my train was delayed, which was completely out of my control. I immediately tried calling the hotel to explain the situation and ask for assistance, but unfortunately, nobody answered the phone. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service made the situation even more frustrating. “My kids and I really loved the hotel here. It was very nice and clean. The room was a bit tight for our spoiled North American standard, but not really an issue to be honest. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best out of all our hotels in Italian trip. They even made pancakes for my kids. They also provide free bicycles rentals. The only criticism I could provide there if they could have is to stock one smaller kid’s bike as my 9 years is really small and we……

“At check in we asked about dinner, they also have a restaurant. The lady at the desk said they were full and we could eat at a different place down the street. I then made a reservation at the hotel restaurant using a translator app, surprise there was lots of room for dinner. When we sat at 1930 for dinner there was only 1 other couple there. I think they don’t want Americans there maybe.”

“The hotel was ok 2 things that were very annoying is they charged 25 eur per person for 3 and 4 guest in room and wasn’t expecting that from the start. And then the air conditioning wasn’t work well at all we had to keep turning it on and off to reset it. But room was hot all night. Overall a disappointing experience”

“Loved this hotel. Perfect location in the centre of the Rimini Marina Centro area just a few meters from the beach front, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is modern and of a good standard. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. I have to say that the service in this hotel is great particularly at reception. I contacted them in advance and exchanged several emails with them because we were a large group so a bit of communication was required and they were very helpful. The best……
