Staff was very helpful with all kinds of information. Breakfast was included - a selection of meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, pastries and freshly made coffee. The room was comfortable, but the wifi was terrible - we could hardly maintain a connection for more than a few minutes before it was dropped (we were in one of the rooms in the corner). In this trip we stayed in 5 hotels within the same price range. Unfortunately Napoleon was too expensive for what they offered compared to our other experiences in Italy. Its rather retro in colour and furniture. Good thing in winter was that heating worked. But shower was weak. Close location to station means noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice continental spread. Our room was disappointing. It was outdated, it had a very strong awful odour and mold was starting to form on the ceiling above the shower. This hotel is perfectly situated right in front of the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The proximity to the station is ideal for those planning to visit nearby attractions, including San Marino, as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The staff at Hotel Napoleon are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms, though a bit dated, are clean and spacious. The classic decor adds a touch of charm, and the bed was very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast, which includes a variety of options from pastries to fresh fruits. Despite the vintage feel of the hotel, all the essential amenities are provided, and the Wi-Fi, while a bit weak in some rooms, generally worked well. Overall, if you're looking for a convenient, clean, and friendly place to stay in Rimini, Hotel Napoleon is a great choice.
