2 - Before closing the reservation and making the payment always contact us to check availability and confirm the rental amount.
3 - The guest must pay directly at the reception (in cash) an occupancy fee of R $ 7.00 per night and per person (this amount is not included in the rental price; children under 12 are exempt; taxes are subject change without notice).

CONDOMINIUM DESCRIPTION:
THERMAS PARADISE is located in the tourist complex of Rio Quente, in the Águas Quentes region (Caldas Novas & Rio Quente). The hotel is in a privileged position at the foot of the Serra de Caldas and on the banks of the Rio Quente - a natural hot-water river that flows within the development. In addition to the Rio de Águas Quentes, inside the condominium, guests can enjoy the swimming pools (adult and children), sauna, jacuzzi, wet bar and a large green area. Other attractions are also offered to guests such as Gym Room, Cinema Room, Games Room, Souvenir Shops, Snack Bar.
