You're spoiled for sightseeing choice when staying in Riobamba. Riobamba Cathedral is a good place to kick off here, but there are lots of other interesting attractions to appreciate. Higher Polytechnic School of Chimborazo, National University of Chimborazo, and Sucre Park are not far from the principal church and and will cap off your day nicely.
