The hotel was lovely, very close to the river and a tram stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, room was not available, sat in the rooftop bar and enjoyed the view. I took one star away as the shower would not work properly. There was no way to regulate the water, it was either hot or scalding, the button on the control was jammed in. Hope it is fixed for the next guests. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

Pool was exquisite on 110 degree days!!! Great staff. A bit out of tourist area but worth it for the walk. Great breakfast too

It’s very well located, staff is kind, has a valet parking, comfortable beds. Bathroom was small, poorly lit, and shower was not so great. Room was ok size for France. It has a heated pool but it is semi-covered and no outdoor lounge chairs. I had a fine stay but not sure I would choose it again.

Beautiful chic property. Loved it. Loved waking up to the Owl :)
