“It was nice to have have a kitchen so I could cook meals rather than nuke them. Though the microwave came in handy to reheat coffee. Also the Roku TV was a plus. I could watch my regular programs. I was out and about all day so mainly used the Cosy Cottage evenings through the night. The place was nice and clean will definitely stay there again. ”

“Very nice, clean cabin. Super easy to check in and great communication. All our questions were quickly answered and addressed.Cabin is fully stocked, full kitchen, beautiful porch. Although there wasn't air, the cabin has plenty of fans and stayed quite cool Short walk to the beach and lake. Great for swimming boating and just relaxing.Dog had a great time too. There is a large hill to tackle if you feel like taking a walk. A little challenging....Quick ride to town for groceries, an ice cream...

“A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. ”

“We stayed 3 nights in mid-July as a base for hiking in the southern section of the High Peaks. Cottage was cozy and welcoming, very clean, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to gather and also be out of each others way. Screened-in porch was lovely. House stayed fairly cool despite the stretch of hot/humid weather we hit. Access to fairly extensive hiking trails right on property. Easy drive to places like North Creek, Schroon Lake and Keene Valley. Would stay again. ”

“We needed a place for a few days to do some family matters in Schoon, this was Perfect because it let us bring our two dogs. They hade a great time. The Owner was Great with Comunication. Perfect place.”

“We are long-time summer residents who needed alternative housing. We are so glad that we were able to rent this home. You walk in the door, and just wow. The view is 180 degrees of mountains, lake, and clouds. You can just enjoy the view all day. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were great. The dining room-kitchen area made for easy cooking and dining. Wonderful deck for watching sunsets. This is a perfect place for family time, and everyone had plenty of privacy. It's a retreat...
