Beautifully maintained and perfectly located for exploring the Dales

We had a lovely few nights at Cherry Cottage—ideal for our family of four. The kids loved their room, and we really appreciated how peaceful it was. The terrace was a lovely spot for morning coffee with views of the hills. The whole place is beautifully maintained and perfectly located for exploring the Dales.

Booked Cherry Cottage for a spontaneous getaway and it was everything we hoped for and more. Really clean, great quality linen and towels, and we slept so well. It was lovely to be surrounded by nature and hear birdsong in the mornings. We’ll definitely be coming back for a longer stay!

Such a gorgeous little cottage! It’s tucked away in a quiet village but still close to great walks and pubs. Everything was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook proper meals. Can’t rate Cherry Cottage highly enough! It’s been done up to a really high standard and felt so cosy and warm, even on chilly evenings. We used the camp bed for a friend who joined us for a night and it worked perfectly. The village is super cute—very ‘postcard’—and there’s a brilliant pub a short stroll away.

Spotless, really cosy - peaceful countryside break

Cherry Cottage was the perfect base for our walking weekend in the Dales. The house was spotless and felt really cosy from the moment we walked in. The furnishings are high quality—clearly a lot of thought has gone into the decor. We especially loved sitting out on the terrace with a glass of wine after a long day exploring. Would absolutely recommend for a peaceful countryside break!
