"Pros: 1-The room matched exactly what was shown in the images, which was impressive. 2-The room was clean and well-maintained. 3-The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative. Cons: 1- Wi-Fi connectivity on the top floor is very poor, with low speed and frequent issues. 2- Although my booking included complimentary breakfast, the quantity were inconsistent. On some days, I received only one paratha with pickle, while on others I got two parathas with pickle and curd as per the menu. Similarly, the portion size of dishes like paneer chilly varied (6 pieces one day, 8 another). This inconsistency should be addressed seriously. 3- The property was advertised as having a 24-hour gym on Expedia, but no such facility exists. Amenities listed online should accurately reflect what is actually available."

"Freezer was not working. Staff behaviour is really good. But I have faced problem with the driver who is the hotel's driver. On 23rd afternoon after reaching holy water , unfortunately I met with an accident, my ankle got swelled with pain. Next day I requested the hotel reception to arrange a car with a good driver who will show me the places and I booked it for 8 hours. The driver whose behaviour is not good at all has shown us only 3 jhulad and he dropped us at 4.45 pm in a place from where I have to get down by near about 50 stairs with this pain I requested the driver he told me private card don't go upto the ghat But unfortunately I found there is a parking place near the ghat. He left us long away from ghat. I then requested him to keep my 3 shopping bags in the hotel But again mis fortune , I didn't get my 3 new diaries which I have bought from rishikesh. Got lost from car only I paid full charges ( 4000+) for car seeing only 3 jhulas. Driver told me there is no other way to go to beatles ashram where as another driver of the hotel( who brought us back from arati ghat) told us there is another way to go to beatles ashram. Driver is very bad, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. But reception and other staff members are good "

"All was as expected good service, comfortable bed, clean bedding, attentive staff and quick to response. Definitely would book again. Although road improvement work outside this did effect our stay A Wonderful stay great location and thanks goes to all the staff and management for making our stay there special."

"The staff at the hotel are brilliant! From the ladies on reception, to the Bellman/Porters who took our luggage to and from the rooms. I had a booking for 4 premier double rooms. Sadly, the pictures and information advertised in Expedia is innacurate and misleading, as it shows the image, and states the description of a "suite" for the "premier double room". So on our arrival, i was expecting a suite style room as per the image, but they told me that only 2 rooms (Suites) in the hotel have this, and are already booked. Furthermore, the description states "interconnected rooms", but again, this is only a feature of the 2 suites they have at the hotel, and is not available in the premier double rooms. So the two features i liked, and based my booking decision on, were not present in any of our 4 rooms. The reception were kind and honest enough to acknowledge this error, but it was not possible to rectify or compensate us for anything."
