About this property
Chalet in front of the slopes at RISOUL 1850
- Beautiful cottage ideally located in front of the track. The start and finish are ski. The terrace is directly on the track. Oriented South East and not of opposite.
The cottage is ideal for 5 people, configurable for 7 people if you use the sofa bed in the living room.
The half chalet is about 45 M2. I also have another half identical chalet and located 30 m from it, same orientation, in front of the ski slope (see announcement 6157593).

It consists of a living room with sofa bed 140X190
1 kitchen
1 bathroom
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160X190 and 1 single bed
TV, Dishwasher, Kitchen equipped with induction hob, Nespresso machine, coffee filter machine, high speed WIFI 10 to 20 Mega bytes.

Children can toboggan in front of the chalet.
