"The location and the home are amazing. The only challenge is if you don't drive yourself to the condo there is no way to get around. The beach is secluded and this is the place if you are looking to rest and relax. The internet was strong and the ability to wash your clothes was nice. Make sure you stop and get groceries prior to coming but everything is available to cook meals with no problems."

"I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable and close to all the fun of San Juan del Sur. The hosts were accommodating and made helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. "

"The apartment is nice, though it does need some remodeling. Marianela, the host, was very hospitable—an excellent person. The one exception was Sunday, when the power and water went out—though that is beyond the host's control and is a city issue. However, the place is cozy; just be sure to arrive in an SUV or off-road vehicle, as you have to drive up steep trails that a standard car wouldn't be able to handle."

"The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...
