Spacious River Ranch Private COTTAGE with private porch! 401
This spacious Cottage is perfect for extended stays! It comfortably sleeps up to 4 and offers all the comforts of home with a separate bedroom, dining area, living area, a full size kitchen, breakfast bar and a laundry room! The bedroom offers a a KING size bed, a 42" flat screen TV and access to a large screened porch. There is a Double Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room, beautiful leather furnishings and a 51" flat screen TV. French doors lead out to a private screened porch.
You can cook in the full size kitchen or take a short golf cart ride to the onsite dining options. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, ground coffee, microwave, toaster, stove and all cookware and dinging ware. There is NO oven or dishwasher in this property. There is a dining table and a breakfast bar. This cottage is private, comfy and cozy!
This unit has its own private parking space! A GREAT LOCATION, walk to all amenities! There is fun for everyone! Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, DJ and dancing on Friday nights, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting, swimming and coming soon is a Safari Adventure park!
This beautiful Resort sits on over 1700 acres and is located in Central Florida just an hour south of Orlando and two hours from Tampa. Westgate's River Ranch is located on the Kissimmee River and is a perfect retreat for the weekends, holidays and winter!
Golf Cart rentals are separate.

Perfect little cottage on the ranch!
This cottage is perfect for a small family or couple. It has all the comforts of home, pots, pans, silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses you name it! We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner one day. They have a nice grill on the screened back porch as well. The location of this cottage is amazing and within walking distance of everything! We didn't need a golf cart to get around but rented one anyway just for the novelty. Would definitely recommend and we'll be coming back!
