Bernadette at the reception was very helpful and professional. Even the staff in the carpark as well as the male staff doing the maintenance at the lift lobby were very friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean, no complaints at all.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful. Every morning we looked forward to a tasty, freshly cooked meal. The bed was comfortable, and we were upgraded to a super king bed which was absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed a three night stay at The Bear Hotel and was very happy with the whole experience. The staff were very friendly, the room was lovely and the whole hotel and grounds were extremely clean. Would not hesitate to rebook

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was spacious and spotless with the most incredible views out of the window. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating (we were coming down for a wedding and needed an early check in and taxi sorting). We had one of best breakfasts ever, it was truly delicious. We loved it so much we are looking for reasons to come down again and stay.
