The staff was very nice and communicated well, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth. The apartment was clean, luxurious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience. One big plus was the underground parking, which was very convenient. However, there were a couple of downsides: The bathroom floor flooded after each shower, as there was no slope for water drainage. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. It is right next to a lot of construction so pretty dusty and not much around (cafe and supermarket around corner) Not all maps pick up residence location. It’s near Boulevard City & World which was good, however farther from centre.
