Some floors have yet to be completed. There is a smell in the stair area due to construction but no smell in the rooms or common areas. Our room was spacious with two double beds, a tv with lots of viewing options such as Netflix and Disney+, and a kitchenette with a nicely stocked coffee bar. The bathroom was "wow" with plenty of towels. The hotel is in the heart of the downtown area with a short 20 minute walk to the grocery store and sports bar. The windows are not sound proof so you hear all the noise of the day events but it was no bother to us. Thankfully it was quiet throughout the night for the most part. They provided coffee/tea pods with real creamer and ceramic mugs which was nice. Also provided 2 bottles of water and toiletry items like razors, stops, etc. It is on a busy residential street. We only stayed one night but not sure if I’d stay for a long time because of the location. We walked into town and back at night and felt fairly safe. Had to be careful when there are no sidewalks like many island towns. It’s about $7/person one way into town.
