I went with friends for a long weekend. The rooms were clean and had the right size. My room was way too hot but I did have control of it where as my friends room did not. We had to get new keys one day because all the key pads reset. That made it very hard for me since I’m on crutches. The free breakfast every morning was the highlight of the trip! George is the best!! He makes a great variety for breakfast and everything was yummy.

It was aesthetically a nice place and part of the team was responsive, the trouble was that tithe room presenting so may needs for me to request help. The room while nice overviewed a layer of roof and looked across directly into a working kitchen. The blackout shade would not close, so I had to call for help. The tv would not turn on, there were no batteries in the remote, they came and gave me batteries. On the second night the door would not unlock. I went for a new key, still wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to let the staff know and call engineering to replace the battery in the door so I could go in. That night I spoke to the front desk about how may issues I was having, they said they’d have the manager contact me, the never did. In the morning I went to check out, the person asked me how my stay was, I said honestly I had hoped it were better. They said, I’m sorry and moved on. No follow up questions nothing more. I accepted the stay because it did locationally meet my needs but would have preferred doing less work to make the stay work.

Clean room, great customer service, the bar area was nice and overall good experience. Great view of the City from our room too!
