This property is beautiful with a lobby bar and large clean rooms with nice products in the shower. We checked in around 7:30-8pm and found we could not get in the building without setting up contactless check in through the app. Luckily some one from inside was able to open the door for us and there was a human at the desk to check in with. I'm not a fan of contactless any thing, I would rather deal with a person every time, but I get it may have been for evening security that the doors were locked because in the morning everything was open again. If you stay here and are parking a car, the valet service is good you use an app for payment and to request the car again, just remember that pickup is not in the front, its at the back behind the elevators in the parkade on the lobby level (just a small detail we weren't told so we waited on the street for quite awhile before the valet came to find us). Breakfast was very good in a beautiful space. Great variety, nice juices and delicious coffee, just wish there were ceramic mugs instead of paper cups. Overall a great experience,

My hotel stay was amazing. The only complaint I have is the confusion I encountered regarding the breakfast. I paid for breakfast in addition to the price for the room and no one could tell me where it pertained to or the budget I had.

Our room never got cleaned, only given two towels, and the pictures looked better than what it was.
