“J’ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet appartement et je suis très déçue. Dès mon arrivée, une forte odeur de tabac régnait dans la chambre. L’appartement était sale, avec des draps et des couvertures visiblement usés. Le matelas était dans un état lamentable, inconfortable et penchait d’un côté. Le débit d’eau dans la douche était extrêmement faible, rendant l’usage difficile. J’ai également eu un souci avec la fermeture automatique de la porte, et malgré plusieurs tentatives, je n’ai jamais réussi à……

“Fantastico! Un posto da sogno. Una vera villa. In mezzo a uno splendido giardino. Una camera con bagno grande e bellissimo. Tanto di cappello per la cura dei dettagli. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale: grazie a tutti. Una gran bella colazione E ci sono stato da Dio anche con i miei due gatti. Grazie! Da ritornarci ancora.
P.S. Un grazie anche per le torte salte a colazione, buonissime! e per l'uovo fatto apposta per me senza speck perché non lo mangio. Ci ha insistito la cuoca a farmelo.……

“Excellent place to stay! Secure and inside a compound from which you are giving keys to enter by the host on the day. There is the tax to pay of course but ask for a receipt, mine was 72 euros for 4 nights. Milano apartment representative had constantly kept me informed via my Whats App to ensure everything was ready and once we entered the luxury property it was to our delight. A modern interior with heating and aircon at our desire, fitted kitchen and plenty of storage and bed space. Bathrooms……

“Amazing experience! Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Their reception is inside of “Living Liqueurs” a popular bar lounge staffed by an amazing crew from bartender, to Matteo the bar manager and last but not least the general manager Eksell - super courteous, friendly and highly professional - they made my stay so much more enjoyable. “Très bons échanges en amont de notre arrivée et très bon accueil par Debora.
Belle grande chambre dans un immeuble très bien rénové.
Il y a pas mal d'escaliers (2 ou 3ème étage) pour atteindre la chambre mais nos valises ont été montées par le mari de Debora :)
L'immeuble est très bien situé en plein centre à environ 10-15 minutes de la gare (avec les valises et les pavés on avance moins vite :))
Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix (salé, sucré, yaourts, fruits..).”

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
