"The room was spotless and featured a balcony with views over the sea. Attention to guests every need were in the room. Huge bath with a shower, backlit mirror, glass tumblers and wine glasses, penny of tea,coffee and biscuits. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet too.

Stairs were a challenge, especially to one who has dodgy knees! Also, parking is an issue, although there is a dropping off zone. In all, a lovely stay and would return when next in Hastings."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging on the recommended road due to its narrowness, especially with an SUV and two vehicles. Consequently, we opted to park around the corner, where it was more convenient and felt safer.In summary, we enjoyed our stay and found the location to be great. "
